You are encouraged to recite this mantra while performing the following steps:
Part I – Inhalation: As you inhale, mentally repeat the first verse on love. The entire inhalation should last the time it takes to mentally recite this verse.

Part II – Hold Breath: After you’ve inhaled love, hold the breath. With the breath held, mentally repeat the second verse on peace.

Part III – Exhalation: As you begin to gently release the held breath, mentally repeat the third verse on light. The entire exhalation should last the time it takes to mentally recite the third verse.

Continue for three to eleven minutes.

Additionally, we suggest the following prayer and reflection.

The Prayer of Light is:

Ye, O Lord,

Give me light in my heart and light in my speech,
And light in my hearing and light in my sight,
And light in my feeling and light in my body,
And light before me and light behind me.

Give me, I pray Thee,
Light on my right hand and light on my left hand,
And light above me and light below me,
Oh Lord, increase light within me,
And give me light and illuminate me.
Verily, to be thus illuminated means
to be contemplated by The Light of Lights.

“We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.” – Plato

There are only two kingdoms, the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness. The Kingdom of Light is made up of purified souls and sublime hierarchies and exists in the superior dimensions of the cosmos. It is filled with beauty, order, peace and wisdom. When we obtain a level that mirrors this, we experience a higher vibration; we operate through conscious love and become generative and creative. From this vibration we understand Divine language, the golden tongue rather than mantras. We are then filled with ethical values and virtues and embrace supreme truth.

It is important to remain focused on maintaining a higher vibration that allows us to operate from within this space, this consciousness, this frequency. Only once we have committed to performing our own house cleaning are we then able to enter the Kingdom of Light. It is important to remember the journey may often be difficult, and there may be struggles along the way. We must remember to remain focused on our existence within the Kingdom of Light as if we already are. Only then does it manifest into a reality.
